Quorn Meatless Turkey-Style Roast are NOT ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Remove box and plastic tray. Ensure Quorn Meatless Turkey-Style Roast reach an internal temperature of 165°F or above before serving. CAUTION: Product, Film & Clips will be hot. Always cook thoroughly. All appliances vary, cooking times are approximate.

(oven) 60 MIN FROM FROZEN

Preheat oven and a deep baking/roasting tray to 425°F. Do not remove film and leave metal end clips in place. Pierce the film around the roast at least 6 times with a sharp knife ensuring that the film is fully pierced. Place Quorn Meatless Turkey-Style Roast on baking/roasting tray and bake for 60 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven and stand for 5 mins. Remove outer film and metal end clips, carve and serve.

(oven) 55 MIN FROM THAWED

Thaw Quorn Meatless Turkey-Style Roast in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven and deep baking/roasting tray to 425°F. Do not remove film and leave metal end clips in place. Pierce the film around the roast at least 6 times with a sharp knife ensuring that the film is fully pierced. Place Quorn Meatless Turkey Style Roast on baking/roasting tray and bake for 55 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven and stand for 5 mins. Remove outer film and metal end clips, carve and serve.
